IÇE is deporting American citizens, shooting Americans in the street, and calling it enforcement. Here is the documented record of who has been harmed and what you can do about it.

The United States federal government is killing people. Not in distant wars. Not in classified operations. Here. In detention facilities spread across seven states. In parking lots in Minneapolis. On the streets where ordinary Americans live. And the majority of this country does not know their names. We will make them known.

Let us be precise. This is not a blog about immigration policy. This is not a blog about crime statistics. This is not a blog about border security or economic anxiety or any of the other euphemisms Amerikkka uses when it does not want to say the word out loud... Racism.

The signatures have been counted. The votes have been cast. The bombs are still falling. And this Saturday, March 28, millions of Americans stood up and said: enough.

The word "concentration camp" is a loaded one, and it is used here deliberately. A concentration camp is not defined solely by gas chambers. It is defined by the mass detention of civilians, outside the normal judicial process, in conditions of deliberate deprivation, with inadequate medical care, and no meaningful path to release. By that definition, what is happening in America's immigration detention network meets the threshold — and the evidence is overwhelming.

An alarming video from Kansas has sparked outrage nationwide: armed IÇE agents surrounding an unarmed teenager, pressing guns to his head, and snarling, “We own you now.” The footage, circulated through independent outlets including Maga=Nazi shows not legitimate law enforcement but terror tactics used against American families, and it is not an isolated case.

Right now, if a state or local police officer violates your constitutional rights, you can sue them under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. But if a federal officer – from ICE, CBP, FBI, or another agency – does the same thing, your path to justice is far narrower and often blocked by judge-made limits and broad immunities. That gap leaves real people with life-altering harms and no meaningful remedy. This is where we come in.

For advocates, organizers, and allies: This is your evidence-based call to action. Over 73,000 people are detained in IÇE facilities amid 2025's record deaths from preventable medical failures. Federal judges have ordered releases. Senate investigations document systemic neglect. Survivors bear amputations, cancers, and miscarriages.
